Where is my order?Updated 10 months ago
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, please use that tracking number to monitor the status of your package directly on the shipper's website. Please note if you have ordered a pre-order product, your order as a whole will be sent once your pre-order arrives in stock.
Once it's shipped, it's out of our hands, and the shipper's tracking information will provide you with the most up-to-date details on its whereabouts.
If your package has taken longer than our shipping estimates below, contact us with your order number and we can follow it up with the carrier for you.
Delivery times will depend on location and on shipping service type. Here are some estimates provided by our carriers.
- Regular Shipping: 3 to 7 Days
- Express Metro: 1 to 3 Days
- Express Regional: 2 to 5 Days
- New Zealand: 2 to 7 Days
- International: 5 to 15 Days
Please note that all "In Stock" products ship within 24 hours of purchase, products that are "Pre Order" are sent within 5-7 business days unless specified on the purchase page.
Please understand that if your package still falls within the shipping estimates, we cannot follow up with carrier as they only entertain enquiries on packages that have already exceeded their set shipping estimates.
