Shipping Charges at CheckoutUpdated 25 days ago
Why Am I Seeing a Shipping Charge at Checkout When I Thought My Order Qualified for Free Shipping?
We understand how important free shipping is to our customers, and we strive to offer it whenever possible. However, there are certain factors that can result in a shipping charge being applied to your order at checkout:
Item Size and Weight
Some items may be oversized or particularly heavy, which can increase the shipping costs. Unfortunately, these larger items may not qualify for free shipping due to the additional handling required.Regional and Remote Delivery Locations
Shipping carriers classify certain delivery addresses as Regional & Remote locations, which can incur additional charges. This includes specific postcodes in:- Western Australia (6180–6999)
- Tasmania (7100–7999)
- South Australia (5200–5999)
- Northern Territory (0800–0899)
- Queensland (4820–4899)
- Regardless of order value, deliveries to these postcodes may include a shipping fee.
Large Quantities of Items
Orders that consist of a large quantity of items, even if each item individually qualifies for free shipping, may trigger a shipping charge based on the combined weight or dimensions of the package.
To better understand our shipping policies, we recommend reviewing our full shipping policy here. If you have specific questions about shipping charges, please contact us with your shipping address and the items in your cart—we’re happy to assist!
