Return LabelsUpdated a month ago

If you’ve received a return postage label from us (usually emailed via Australia Post), please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Steps to Return Your Item

  1. Print the Label

    • Print the return label and securely attach it to the box.
  2. No Printer? No Problem!

    • Write the Mr Pool Man address details (shown on the label) on a piece of paper and affix it to the box manually.
  3. Drop Off at Australia Post

    • Take your package to your local Australia Post office. They can scan the barcode directly from your phone (emailed to you) to process the return.
    • Ensure any unwanted items are returned in the condition you received them.
  4. Return Label Fees

    • Returns due to customer error may incur a $15 return shipping label fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Include Your Return Number

    • Clearly display your Return Number (e.g., #BEF13E or RMA#1425) on the return label or on the outside of the package to avoid delays.

What Happens if Your Return Label Hasn’t Been Used?

If we’re following up on an unreturned item (e.g., a faulty SoniX SX11 for which a replacement has already been sent), here’s what to do:

  • If you’ve returned the item at your own cost or believe the information is incorrect, reply with a copy of the Proof of Delivery to confirm the return.
  • If you haven’t had a chance to return the unit yet, let us know. We can send you a new return label to your email address for your convenience.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless return process. Let us know if you need further assistance!
