How do I make a return?Updated a year ago

Returns must be initiated within 60 of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Note: Returns due to change of mind or ordered wrong product will incur a $15 return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to it being large and bulky (such as pool covers) or other reasons. You can view our full return policy here.
