Help! Some of my order is missing?Updated a year ago

Have you thoroughly checked inside the box your order came in?

If you have missing items from your order, can you check in between your packaged products to see if it's there? 

To save up on space and reduce packing waste, we usually pack small items like crystal cubes, nozzles, filter cleaning solution, and small bottles in the middle of filter cartridges (or in between products all packaged into the same box) to keep them safe.

In the very unlikely event that we missed packing something, do let us know and we'll help make it right ASAP. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and we'll get right on it!
