Water TechniX SoniX SX11 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner not workingUpdated a year ago

If you're having issues with your SoniX, we sincerely apologise and would like to make this right ASAP.

Can you please send a photo of the following for us to initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer:

1. A photo of the battery pack with a GREEN light (meaning it is working).
2. The SoniX robot plugged into charge, but no lights on (as claimed) for 10 seconds.
3. The SoniX UNPLUGGED from charge and turned on to see the lights (if any).
4. The serial number on the black box inside the cleaner (remove the canister) or on the outside of the brown box, (I have attached examples for reference).

The above can also be done in a quick 30second video if thats easier, please ensure the video covers all points above to avoid us coming back to ask for more.

The Serial Number will be in the format of -

S/N: A000A000000000

Once we have these photos we can arrange a replacement for you asap.
