Different Number of Pins on Chlorinator / Missing Brass BridgeUpdated a year ago
Did you receive your replacement cell but it doesn't look like your original cell? Are there different pins or "missing" posts?
Older style of chlorinator cells have a brass bridge which is no longer found on modern chlorinator cell replacements. Newer cells are also designed to be reverse polarity, so it doesn't matter which post you attach your leads to. Not only is this more efficient, but it's a lot safer as you can no longer inadvertently attach the wrong polarity on the wrong post.
Replacement cell Installation Instructions

- Attach blue lead to middle/top post (with the twist lock)
